A Concert Series to benefit
The Baroque Trio Project
3 for 3 At 3~ ~ ~
On
Sunday, March 4, 11, & 18 at 3 PM
three concerts will be presented to benefit
the restoration of the three instruments
known as The Baroque Trio!

The Concert series will feature the Salyards’ newly restored
Hubbard Harpsichord in performance of a variety of Baroque Chamber
Music,
both solo and in combination with other instruments.
On
Sunday, March 4th, the program will feature string instruments
directed by Chris Nourse, violinist and faculty member at Mountain
Top Music.
On
Sunday, March 11th, the concert will feature woodwind instruments
directed by Brian Charles, oboist and owner of North Conway
Music Shop.
And
the final concert in the series, on Sunday, March 18th will
combine both strings and woodwinds with the harpsichord
in a chamber orchestra directed by George Weis, harpsichordist
and Director of Mountain Top Music Center.

HOW TO GET TICKETS:
Tickets
to the concert series are available in advance at
North Conway Music Shop, 2988 White Mountain Highway,
North Conway, NH ~ 356-3562
OR
At
the door.
Suggested
donation: $10 or
3-ticket
Series: $25
Please
contribute more if you can.
This project to fully restore all three instruments:
the Harpsichord (completed);
the Clavichord (in progress) and the Virginal
requires only $ 3,000 to bring the restoration
of all three instruments to fruition.
Your support and financial assistance
to make this unique trio available
in our community is appreciated.

Produced
by Ken Turley, originator of the project, all proceeds will go towards
renovations of the remaining two keyboards and completion of the
Baroque Trio Project.
The
three keyboards, harpsichord, clavichord and virginal, are to be
the house instruments for Salyards Performing Arts Center to encourage
the study, performance and enjoyment of Baroque Music.
